Remember, the ones who love and care about you want what is best for you. I’ll say it louder for the people in the back. Self-care is SO important! Have a spa day, go get a massage, take a relaxing bath, or put on a face mask, and binge Netflix. What does pampering mean for you? Whatever that answer is, make time for it this moon phase. You work hard and you deserve a break. Don’t skip out on relaxation days, or you might start feeling a little burnt out.
Self-Motivation
It’s unfortunate but there won’t always be other people around to motivate us or tell us not to snooze the alarm for the third time. Sometimes we have to get ourselves up, pull ourselves together into something presentable and say: ‘Hey, I’m going to tackle my to-do list today no matter what!’ The feeling we get after completing an important task far outweighs the feeling of lacking the drive to do it in the first place. Often the motivation comes after the deed is done and this can make it quite difficult to focus on your passions, especially when you are reaping little to no reward from them. Take solace in the fact that your time to shine will come. Just keep getting up and keep doing your best, the rest will take care of itself.
